Lorraine has been in the industry for 25 years, selling real estate for all that time, and in the last 10 years she has also had the dual role of Property Manager. For example, if she sells an investment property to one of her investors, she then manages the property and, when the time is right for the investor, she sells the property. There is continuity with the relationship throughout and this provides a lot of trust, confidence and comfort for the client. Lorraine lives in Jolimont with her husband and they are empty nesters (their adult daughters moved out of home 9 years ago). They now have fur-children, two sweet little dogs, Bacci and Bella! Lorraine has always endeavoured to create good relationships with her clients and a lot have become friends. In fact, most of her business is by word-of-mouth referral, something she is very proud of. Lorraine enjoys all things French - the country, language and food! Three visits to France have whet her appetite for more, which is probably why she chose to live in Jolimont. It has a real 'village' atmosphere and in some ways feels 'tres francais'. It is quite unique to be able to walk into Subiaco for coffee, theatre, movies, shopping, dinner and watch the West Coast Eagles win at the oval. Lorraine keeps in touch with a wide circle of friends, some as far back as 25 years, and meets regularly with them. Communication is very important to her and she has a strong work ethic. Nothing is ever too much for her clients!
